GHOST ROBOT

Ghost Robotics is revolutionizing legged robotics and the market for small to medium unmanned ground vehicles (SUGV, UGVs) used in rough, unstructured terrain and harsh environments with direct-drive technology.
Beyond all terrain operation, a core design principle for our legged robots is reduced mechanical complexity when compared to other legged and tracked UGVs on the market.  By reducing complexity, we inherently increase durability and reduce the cost to build and deploy robots, increasing adoption across a range of potential markets.

CONSTRUCTION SITE - ROBOTS AT WORK

Think of it as souped up self driving 3d printer on wheels. So for the moment market of construction robotics is still in its infancy. The Swiss Federal Institute of technology in Zurich uncurls the brick laying robot in 2015 while Eindhoven university of technology showed a 3d concrete printer the same year. At DARPA robotics gunshots robots used power tools to finish certain task. Now there are commercial companies that are entering into space. Blueprint robotics in New Jersey has facility where home making robots can build prefabricated walls , roof and floors.

SOLAR ENERGY JUST GOT SMARTER

Smart flower's dual axis tracking follows the sun throughout the day, ensuring its modular panel are always at optimal angle for maximum production of all daylight hours. It is smartly designed to be a plug-and-play system and can be set up in few hours. Smart flower removes all contaminants from the surface of panels each time it folds and unfolds, thus allowing the sun's rays to be absorbed unimpeded

Three curious and progressive-minded friends living in Burgenland, Austria circa 2010 set out to a create a completely new and unique solar solution- inspired by the sunflower- in attempt to challenge the status quo of the solar energy market at the time. Alex Swatek, one of the three founders of smart flower energy technology GmbH, envisioned the driving concept of the product even before putting pen to paper, “It was clear that it had to be an all-in-one solution.

HDFC BANK HAS EMPLOYEE WHO WORKS 24X7 WITHOUT BREAK

HDFC Bank becomes India's first bank to deploy robot for customer service. A short demo of IRA robot can be seen in the video below. Talking of applications this robot has multiple features to serve customers. Customers comes in front of this humanoid and it presents multiple options like loans, cash deposit, foreign exchange,  cash withdrawal, fund transfer and fixed deposit.

This intelligent humanoid robot, IRA (intelligent robotic assistance)is  now able to greet customers, and offer list of banking services that a customer can get. The interactive humanoid robot can guide incoming customers toward banking operation cash deposit etc. Once the customer selects" take me there " option then this robot actually takes customer to requested destination.

THE FUTURE OF ARCHITECTURE - HYPERCELLS

Remember the exhibition scene from the movie "Big Hero 6" where "Hiro",the little guy builds micro robots that connect themselves to form any desired structure.

A team of students from design and research laboratory in London has developed cellular self assembling devices that can restructure themselves as instructed. These devices named  called hypercells have ability to climb,  roll or alter into any desired structure as per architectural requirement.
It uses arduino board and magnets that change pattern as they rotate. A single hypercell can roll itself and can even calculate shortest path to its destination.
Students purpose the use of this system as a replacement to current urban planning process.

ORIGAMI - SELF TRANSFORMER

Researchers at MIT’s Tangible Media Group have developed a self-folding, origami-like technology called aeroMorph. The new type of inflatable could open the door to all sorts of things—basically, whatever designers figure out they can create with the material.

One of the most exciting possibilities of self folding robots is their potential use in medicine. In future surgeons could deliver a tiny origami- bot into body where it could unfold and perform any medicinal task.

To make tiny origami robots move without batteries researchers have installed  two structures into the joints coil of Memory Alloy which returns its shape to original when heated and manager circuits that become energized when interacted with varying level of magnetic resonance frequencies.

DIGITAL TATTOO - CHANGE IT WITH A TOUCH ON YOUR SMART PHONE

Imagine having a tattoo for which you have to spend just once and get a new tattoo whenever you want without spending additional money. Simply change the tattoo on your arm with the help of your smartphone.

As a leading digital innovation technology agency, EMERGE has come up with mobile technology and mobile app to create a screen on our skin and display information with very low energy usage

E Ink’s development, a dynamic image display required a constant current of electricity, inevitably tying the longevity of the display to the power source. Like any other implantable wearable technology, adding a display to our body has been limited by the requirement on battery power. E Ink changed this by providing a medium that consumes energy only when the content of the display changes, not requiring a current to maintain the image on its display. The result is that we can create a screen on our skin that displays information with very little energy usage
